Private Client Solicitor and Head of Probate

kate@mwsolicitor.com

I am a Private Client Solicitor and Head of Probate specialising in dealing with complex probate cases, often involving high value estates, foreign assets, businesses and complex intestacies. I advise clients on a range of tax implications arising from estate administration, in particular Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax and Income Tax.

I have dealt with many unusual Court applications and scenarios and I pride myself on my friendly professionalism, efficiency and time management. I work hard to form close relationships with clients, keeping them regularly informed and updated in a way that means they always have a clear understanding of what is happening on their case.

I completed my Law Degree at the University of the West of England, Bristol, graduating with a 2:1. I then began working at Co-op Legal Services while studying for my Legal Practice Course and commenced my training contract there in 2011. I qualified as a solicitor in 2013.
