Having worked for many years at a large international law firm, I joined Marc White & Co in October 2023 where I continue to specialise in family law. My practice covers all aspects of relationship breakdown (separation, divorce, and the dissolution of civil partnerships) and the resolution of issues that follow on from that with the family finances and the arrangements for children. I also prepare Cohabitation Agreements and Nuptial Agreements.
I understand how difficult the end of a relationship can be and am committed to helping my clients to navigate through that chapter of their lives with empathy and clear advice. I pride myself on dealing with matters in a constructive and cost effective way and will always consider with my clients alternative dispute resolution options such as mediation. Should court proceedings prove necessary, I have a wealth of experience in both financial proceedings and those concerning the arrangements for children.
I have experience in helping those who are vulnerable or lack capacity and represented the applicant in the reported case of ND (by her litigation friend KW) v GD [2021] EWFC 53.
